The frequent occurrence of drug problems in today's society has caused people to attach great importance to the safe use of drugs.Extraction,purification,and enrichment of trace components in complex drug samples are the key issues in the process of drug detection and analysis.Because the sample matrix of the drug sample is complex and the content of active ingredients is low,it needs to be purified and concentrated to detect it.Among sample preparation methods,solid phase extraction is favored for its reusability and ease of operation.It is widely used in many fields such as biology,medicine,and food.The most important thing in solid phase extraction is the choice of adsorbent material.Therefore,the development of new adsorbent materials is very important.At present,the preparation process of resin materials requires the use of a large number of carcinogenic reagents,which has certain harm to the environment and human health.Therefore,the synthesis of green and pollution-free resin materials is the first problem to be solved.In this paper,a new type of phenol urea resin was prepared,which was used as a solid phase extraction adsorbent and used in conjunction with chromatography to achieve the extraction detection of trace drugs in complex sample matrices.In the first chapter,the research progress of sample pretreatment and the research progress of adsorption resin materials are introduced,and the research progress of green environmentally friendly adsorption resin materials in the sample pretreatment direction is introduced.In chapter 2,melamine,urea,and urotropine resin?UMPH?were prepared by using water as the reaction solvent and the green cross-linking agent urotropine instead of formaldehyde.The preparation parameters were optimized,and the optimized materials were used as solid solvents.Phase extraction sorbent.A new method for detecting berberine hydrochloride?Ber?in Pudilan oral liquid was established by optimizing extraction parameters such as the type and volume of eluent and the type and volume of eluent.This method it has good linearity within 0.40?g g-1-100.0?g g-1?r?0.9998?.The detection limit and quantification limit for Ber are in the range of 0.094?g g-1 and 0.314?g g-1.The rate was 87.9%-97.3%,and the RSD?3.2%,indicating that this method can be successfully applied to the detection of commercially available Pudilan oral liquid samples.In chapter three,a resorcinol-urea-ureapine resin material with diamond shape was prepared by using resorcinol and urea as bifunctional monomers and urotropine as cross-linking agent F127 as a surfactant.?RHUF?,and optimized each parameter to obtain a RHUF resin material with large adsorption capacity and good purification effect.The adsorption mechanism of the target by RHUF was studied by using first-and second-order kinetics,Langmuir,Freundlich model,etc.At the same time,the extraction parameters of the solid phase extraction process were optimized,and this extraction method was combined with high performance liquid chromatography.This method achieved good linearity in the range of 40-1000 ng g-1?r?0.9991?.The detection limit and quantitation limit were 11.07 ng g-1 and 36.90 ng g-1.92.4-101.8%?RSD?1.4%?,indicating that the method can meet the detection of 1-?2,3,4-trimethoxybenzy?piperazine dihydrochloride in urine.
