This thesis is divided into the following four parts:The first part mainly introduced the latest research of chiral N-heterocyclic carbene ligands and their application in the addition reaction of α,β-unsaturated ketone at home and abroad. NHC-Pd compounds are also introduced in this paper. Finally this paper introduces the innovative point and research method.The second part described synthesis of novel chiral NHCs ligands produced from chiral amino acid which has simple structure, low price etc. All complexes were characterized by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, EA.The third part is about chiral N-heterocyclic carbene salts as catalysts, together with the copper salts and bases to catalyze the 1,4-addition of α,β-unsaturated ketones.The fourth part involves the synthesis of palladium binuclear triazole compounds in the inert environment.
