The rock or coal dynamical disasters such as coal and gas outburst have seriously threatened the safety production of mine, which affect the safty production of mine and economic benefits of socity as a whole. Therefore, how to precisely forecast the outburst has becomed a pressing task. Most of Tonghua mining area deeply buried, disaster of coal and gas outburst is serious. Though already use coal or rock outburst prediction of electromagnetic radiation technology, but due to mining complex site conditions and other factors, the effect to predict remains to be further improved.This paper has studied the characteristic and variation regularity of conventional predictive index of Tonghua mine’s coal and gas outburst, and testingly analyzed the characteristic of electromagnetic radiation signal in the process of excavation as well as the influence law of acoustic emission and electromagnetic radiation of different working procedures in excavation space. In economics Gini coefficient calculated and analyzed variation of electromagnetic radiation outburst dangerous concentration Gini coefficient before and after the dangerous of coal and mine outburst. Formed a forecasting method based on electromagnetic radiation and gas concentration Gini coefficient.and forecast the effect a preliminary verification. Research results are as follows:(1) When the hickness of soft coal, or the degree of change is large as well as the coal and mine outburst. Before the dangerous “K1 ”values and soft coal thickness was significantly, “S” of the reaction is not obvious.(2) Electromagnetic radiation and K1 values were significantly correlated, but S showed low correlation, When the danger appears, the electromagnetic radiation significantly increased; Changes in electromagnetic radiation may well reflect the effectiveness of prevention outburst measures; The different devices in mining space has diferent effects on signals;The different distances can reaslt diferernt and testing, The instrument can be installed in the coal wall cavities to reduce interference.(3) Electromagnetic radiation and gas curve around are the same before and after the dangerous;Before the dangerous of coal and mine outburst, electromagnetic radiation and gas monitoring curve fluctuates significantly.Electromagnetic radiation and gas concentrati--on-day average growth rate of over 35%;The division between last Shooting of the biggest of gas P1 before the dangerous and the laster P2 is bigger than 1.5 and the division between P1 and the blasting former concentration ratio P1/P0 is bigger than 3.(4)electromagnetic radiation and gas concentration Gini coefficient corresponds to the conventional predictors of change is good, can be used to highlight forecast and And calculates the warning threshold Use the electromagnetic radiation and the average growth rate of the gas concentration the concentration ratio cannons of P1/P2 and P1/P0,Electromagnetic Gini coefficient Gini coefficient.
