The coal mining area of Guizhou province is affected by the topography and geomorphology of Karst.The geological conditions are complex and the gas disaster is serious,which has restricted the healthy development of the coal industry.In order to understand the characteristics of gas control in Guizhou Province,this paper explores the characteristics and laws of coal mine accidents,and analyses the geological data,gas base parameters and physical characteristics of 386 pairs of coal mines total of 761 sets of coal seams in Guizhou province.Based on the theory of gradual control of gas geology structure,the distribution characteristics and gas occurrence regularity of coal seam in Guizhou province are systematically analyzed.It is pointed out that the main influencing factors of gas occurrence in Guizhou are sedimentary environment,syncline structure and metamorphic degree.And the contour map of gas pressure and content was drawn.Carries on the mathematical analysis to each characteristic index of the coal seam and the gas,combines the gas occurrence rule and the prominent characteristic.It shows that gas pressure,gas content,initial velocity of gas release,coefficient of firmness and depth of burial are sensitive indicators for prediction.Through the analysis of the industrial parameters of the coal body,it is concluded that a and b value,moisture content and volatile matter are more obvious for coal with different metamorphic degrees.Finally,we optimized and improved the adsorption model of Langmuir monolayer.It is suggested that the gas pressure,the initial velocity of gas discharge and the strength of the coal seam should be comprehensively investigated.It is calculated that the 0.74MPa gas pressure corresponds to the 12.39m~3/t gas content in the bituminous coal producing area,and the 0.74MPa gas pressure in anthracite producing area corresponds to the 11.23m~3/t gas content.In order to ensure the safe production,suggested using 8m~3/t of coal and gas outburst risk prediction.Through the research,it helps to improve the level of coal mine safety production management in Guizhou Province,and promote"safe,precise and efficient"gas control work.
