Wood cellulose is selected as the raw material in this experiment owing to its abundant resources. By adding 64% H2SO4, it was hydrolyzed into cellulose nanocrystal(WNC) particles with the length of 200nm-400 nm and the width of 30nm-60 nm. And WNC is mixed into natural rubber latex to prepare WNC/NR blends. Then it was blended with SBR and BR with adding carbon black and other additives to prepare NR/SBR/BR/WNC/CB composites.The total content of WNC and CB is fixedto 45 phr. It researches the effect of WNC partially replacing CB on the properties of NR/SBR/BR/WNC/CB composites. The results show that the best curing temperatureof NR/SBR/BR blends is 146℃.After adding WNC, the curing reactionis delayed. Its processing property is improved and Payne effect is decreased. When the content of WNC is 10 phr, the mechanical properties, dynamical compression heat built-up property and resistance to flex cracking property reach the best. Compared to the composite reinforced by carbon black, Akron abrasion property can be maintained when the content of WNC is 5phr. But thermal stability is decreased after adding WNC. Moreover, rolling resistance is reduced and wet resistance performance is also decreased. The SEM photograph shows that WNC particles can be dispersed well in composites.The ration of WNC/CB is fixed to 10phr/35 phr. It researches the effect of ENR on the properties of NR/SBR/BR/WNC/CB composites. The results indicates that it can promote the vulcanization reaction of composites after adding ENR. When the content of ENR is 8phr, the mechanical properties of composites reach the best. At the same time, Akron abrasion and dynamical compression heat built-up reach the minimum value. Resistance to flex cracking property achieve the best when the content of ENR is 8phr. The thermal stability of composites is seldom changed after adding ENR. Rolling resistance is reduced while wet resistance performance is decreased.It researches the effect of RH on the properties of NR/SBR/BR/WNC/CB composites. And the ration of WNC/CB is also fixed to 10phr/35 phr. The results indicates that it significantly promotes the vulcanization reaction of composites after adding RH. When the content of RH is 6phr, the mechanical properties of composites reaches the best. And dynamical compression heat built-up achieves the minimum value. After adding RH, it is evident that its Akron abrasion and resistance to flex cracking properties are improved. And the effect of RH on thermal stability of composites is hardly changed. Both rolling resistance and wet resistance performance are decreased.It researches that WNC partially replaces CB which effects the properties of the composites when adding 3phr RH or 6phr ENR. The results shows that the mechanical performance of the composite improves significantly after adding modifying agents. And the mechanical performance reaches the maximum value when WNC replace 10 phr CB. Dynamical compression heat built-up decreases evidently compared to the composits without adding modifying agents. The effect of RH on modifying the composites is better than ENR.
