In this paper, the structures of two new kinds of carbon black were characterized with TEM, XRD, Raman spectra. The interactions between the carbon black and NR, NR/SSBR were discussed, and the influences of carbon black on the properties of vulcanized rubber, such as fatigue performance, wear patterns and ozone, etal were analysed. It is showed that carbon black A had more integrate crystal than that of Carbon black B, and had smaller diameter than that of carbon black B. The influences of blends of carbon black A and carbon black B on the peopertieshe NR/SSBR vulcanizate were different from that of NR vulcanizate. NR vulcanizate filled with Carbon black A has best wear-resistant performance, resistant to ozone-aging properties, tensile strength, tear strength and elongation at break, while NR/SSBR vulcanizate filled with blends of Carbon black A and carbon black B has best properties, NR vulcanized has good cross-linking density, heat aging properties of oxygen, fatigue-resistant properties when the ratio of carbon black A and carbon black B is 45/20, while the ratio of carbon black A and carbon black B is 30/35, the properties NR / SSBR vulcanizate was best.
