Ceramic inkjet printing technology has many advantages over traditional ceramic tiledecoration technology, since 2008 enter China the technology got rapid development. Afterseveral years of development, the domestic ceramic inks are gradually being accepted bydomestic ceramic enterprises. But there are still exists some gap between domestic ceramicink and imported ceramic ink in terms of quality.Gold brown ceramic ink was prepared by dispersion method. We focus our attention onthe effect of different type and dosage of super dispersing agents on the stability of theceramic ink,and the effect of the preparation process on the stability of the ceramic ink.Ceramic ink dispersion stability was evaluated by comparation the Brownian motion intensityof ceramic ink particles, and use the ceramic inkjet printer to test the performance of ceramicink samples.Through the experiment, selected golden brown A as the experimental material, and theclolur performance will be better by using the jet mill after pretreatment of pigment thanusing ball-milling. The sample of ceramic ink by used F1 as the super dispersant has the bestcompatibility and dispersion stability. By studied the creamic ink get the optimal performancewhen the solid content is 40% and the super dispersant dosage of F1 is 12% of solidcontent.Grinding efficiency of different diameter of zirconium beads was studied, when usingdiameter of 0.3 mm zirconium bead get high grinding efficiency than using diameter of 0.8mm zirconium bead. By the Zirconium beads using time increasing, the grinding efficiency ofzirconium beads is declining, and influence the quality of ceramic ink in the end. Accordingthe sand mill power change to calculate the amount of zirconium beads addition,so as toensure the stable quality of ceramic ink.Ceramic ink dispersion stability was evaluated by observing the Brownian motion of theparticles of ceramic ink combines centrifugal experiments. The HOPE ceramic inkjet printerwas used to test the performance parameters of the inks, periodic detect the change of particlesize, viscosity, surface tension, density parameters, after three months test, all parameters ofthe sample SQ- 1 is stable, and the printing performance is good.
