Mine winder is often referred to as the mine’s throat. Its control level and reliability affect the daily production and safety of coal mining enterprise directly. It is one of the problems encountered by the major coal mining enterprises in China currently. At present, most of the control method is relay-rotor series resistance. This method cannot meet the requirements of continuous production of coal mining enterprises. At the same time, the safety and reliability of coal mine is very low and it causes accidents of personal injured and death very often. Today, the programmable controller and special motion controller can control the speed and motion of the winder accurately, in which it become an important development direction of the winder system. This thesis talks about the automatic control system of mine winder based on FM458 module. Please refer to the below for details:Firstly, this thesis introduces the background and significance of the winder research and analyses relevant characteristics, comparing to the status of motion control, safety reliability, system monitoring and transmission system between the domestic and foreign.Secondly, the thesis introduces the winder working process and the requirements of the coal mining enterprises on the automatic control system, and analyzes the velocity curve of the winder automation control system. According to the problem of people comfortable sensation and system control disturbance of existing model, the paper presents a model of 7-order velocity curve of S-shaped symmetry. It presents the speed and motion control calculation and explains the winder process system and control system and corollary drive equipment.On this basis, this thesis also presents the hardware and software design of the automatic control system of the winder. The hardware part includes the module selection on main control system and motion control system, on-site measuring instrument, operation panel and upper computer configuration. The software includes main program security monitoring system and function design of motion control system module. Furthermore, according to the specific function module, the thesis presents the relative program flow chart and function chart. The thesis also introduces the implementation method of the system by WinCC Flexible and STEP 7.Finally, the thesis presents 7-order velocity curve of S-shaped symmetry by PLC-ANALYZER. The results of system test show that the automatic control system can meet the general requirements of the coal mining enterprise. It well satisfy people comfortable sensation request and the control precision meets the requirements of the error.Coal mine winder automation control system has been successfully used in a large state-owned coal mines in Shanxi. The project officially was put into operation in February 2015. There are great improvement on the production capacity and avoiding the occurrence of safety accidents by the system. The design method presented in the thesis can also be applied to the design of other mine engineering, such as gold and copper mine winder system.
