Chemilummescence analysis' methods has its advantages of high sensitivity, rapid analytical speed, wide linear range, simplicity and low cost ofinstrmentation, suitable for automation and has been successfully applied in 1ifescience, matenal science, clinical medicine and environmental monitoring, etc.In this paper, the application of chemiluminescence reaction system in theanalysis of some inorgamc compounds, organic compounds and pharmaceuticalsin the last ten years have been intensive1y reviewed, and the lately advance in newmethods of chemiluminescence analysis in the last ten years have also been brieflyintroduced. The chemilumnmnescence behavior between sulfide, some thiols compoundsincluding reduced glutatione, L-cysteine, N-acetylcysteine, thiolg1ycolic acid andluminol-hydrogen peroxide chemiluminescence reaction system have beeninvestigated in the basic medium in this paper. The flow injectionchemiluminescence methods for the determination of these compounds have beenestablished. The possible mechanism of chemiluminescence reaction has also beengiven.Pnrt one: In this part, the enhancement of sulfide ion on thechemiluminescence reaction between luminol and hydrogen peroxide has beenfound. The effects of experinental factors on the chemiluminescence reaction andthe stability of sulfide ion solution have been thoroughly investigated by usingflow-iljection analysis technique. Under the optimized condition, thechemiluminescence signals responded linearly to the concentration of sulfide ionfrom 2.0×10(-9)g/mL to 8.0×10(-7)/mL, the detection limit was 5.6×l0(-10)g/mLsulfide, the relative staf1dard deviation(RSD) is less than 5% for 1.0×10(-7)g/mLsulfide(n=11).Part two : In this part, it was found that some thiols compoundsincluding reduced glutatione, L-cysteine, N-acetylcystene, thiolglycolic acidcould enhance the chemiluminescence reaction between luminol and hydrogenperoxide. The experimental conditions have been optimized using flow-injection ,43] allalysls technique, the st劝lllty ofsample solutionsh铆e also been studied.Under tile optimized condition, the linear range for the determination ofreduced glutatlolle,L-cystelne,N-acetylcysteine,thiolglycolic acid were 2.0/10-'-8,0 X 10"ig/mL,*0 XIO"710 XIO jg/mL,二.0 XIO8-l* XIO jg/mL and* XIO 4-1.0 X 10/g/mL,respectively; the detection limits weres* X 10一'g/mLL 2.6 X 10" 'g/InL,7.IX 10"g/mL and,8 X 10旮mL,respectly。ly; the relative standard dev。at。ons were 2。5%(l*0 XIO"旮mL glutathione,nz玉,二.5%(l。0 XIO"'g/mL L cystenlne,n=11),2.00(5.OX10"7g/mLN-acetylcystenine,n二11)and.9o(5.OX 10"y1llLthiofeyOOli000id,Oil).汕 Itwas reportedthatthlois co啡ounds canreduced dissolved oxygen to st呷roxlde radical.Superoxlde rMlcal can.reactwlth hydrogen perox' SCCOfdlflg Oil Tll6 H8bof-W6lSS t08CtlODtQ pfodUC6hydfOXy fsdlC81 Slid SIgI6t oxygen. These active oxygen radlcalscould react删thlumlnol leading to an electrotllcally excited amlnophtha18te.The excited amlnophtllalate molecules return to毛he ground state generating chemllumlnescence* Tile proposed methods had the adva以ages ofhigh sensltlvlt入 simplicit又 rapldltX easy to automatlcandcomInuous analysis and expected to become detectloll Inetllods for chromatogram analysis....
