Shale shaker is the most basic equipment of solid control system, which is responsible for the cleaning of most of the oversize cut,but with the development of drilling technology, the shale shaker is more difficult to meet the requirement of new technology.A novel equipment called Vibrating screen with continuous loop meshes is proposed in this paper.Its close-loop structure consists of screen pans that are connected together by linkage shafts.The screen is fixed in the screen pan by the wedges and the gap between screen pans are sealed with rubber.When the equipment is working, the interlinked pans is moved by the drive sprocket.The screening of the drilling fluid is achieved through the transverse vibration of the upper screens together with grooved rails which is produced by the excited motors mounted on both sides of the funnel, the funnel is connected to the rack by isolation springs;The self-cleaning is achieved through the vibration of the bottom screens.The main features of Vibrating screen with continuous loop meshes are as bellow:the strong self-cleaning ability and small required excitation force.In order to clarify this working theory of this kind of equipment and provide a theoretical guide for developing this new product,some pioneering works on this kind of equipment have been done and following studies have been completed.By referring to a large number of reference materials home and broad,the working principle of Vibrating screen with continuous loop meshes was proposed;According to the working principle,the structure of Vibrating screen with continuous loop meshes was designed and calculated,then the 3D model was established;The mechanical models of transverse vibration excited by different sources were respectively established,on the basis of mechanical models,the dynamic equations of meshes on the rail were respectively developed and the expressions for amplitude were obtained;Through a dynamic simulation software,the rigid-body prototype model of Vibrating screen with continuous loop meshes was established,then the simulation was finished.The comparison between simulation results and theoretical results shows that the upper meshes on the rail vibrates with two frequencies,with the decrease of rail length and increase of spring stiffness, the transverse vibration caused by polygon effect is reduced,at the same time,the transverse vibration caused by excited motor is almost not changed;The finite element model of the vibrating part of Vibrating screen with continuous loop meshes was established, then the model analysis of the prestressed assembly was finished.The results show the equipment avoid the happen of resonance in working;The rigid-flexible coupling model of Vibrating screen with continuous loop meshes was established, then the simulation was finished.The comparison between simulation results and theoretical results reflects the law of variation in contact stress.
