In the field of heat transferring, there is a tendency of great acquirement fortubes with high-efficiency heat transferring, and spiral tubes are speciallydesigned accordingly. At the same time heat-transferring equipment and its corepart-tubes have to have the following characters:small diameter,thin wall andhigh efficiency. Small-diameter&thin-wall spiral tubes has been considered as asolution to the tendency.The aim of this paper is to research and form spiral tubes with facilitatingmethods. First, this paper introduces the researching state both in home andabroad; at the same time heat transferring mechanism of spiral tubes is alsodiscussed; Then several present forming methods are introduced, accompaniedwith a new set of technique routine which has been called as "rotatingdepression"; In the third part, the forming process is analyzed and themechanical formula are established, stability and possibility of forming processare also talked about in this part; The experimental process is introduced anddata are acquired from experiments in the last part; the influence of suchforming process parameters as rotating speed of rotating forming die and spiralangle of product is also discussed. Mathematics model of experimentalparameters is also established in this part.
