Cnc Machining Process Information Platform

Nowadays manufacture enterprises are deeply affected by the application of NC 0 technology, which is one of main components of Advanced Manufacture Technology, in structure of products, professional divided work, machining, model of production management, even the mechanism of companies. And the Application of NC technology has become an index used to judge whether a company is a modem company and how about its technology is. In this thesis the conception of Information Platform of NC Machining was introduced based on the analyses of conditions about application of NC in internal aviation enterprises and the author抯 experiences in developing the Optimization of NC Machining Parameter and the Optimization of NC Tools. And because of its lots of merits, the 3-layer software architecture was chosen to support the building of Information Platform. After that, the functional model and logic model of Information Platform was developed on the basis of analyzing the practical requirements. Then a set of information management tools was designed to help users of Information Platform ? customizing his own special data including fabrication resources, technics data and machining parameters. Owing to the significant role that machining parameters play in performing successful and efficient machining operations, an optimization model was described and GA was utilized to solve this problem. At last, the Information Platform of NC Machining was implemented and some difficult problems and their technical solutions were presented.
