The paper introduced the using and developing of supercritical fluid technology in the con-elation fields from its theory and quality. Especially introduced c extraction technology in natural flavor and fragrance industries. From the systematic experiments of syzygium aromaticum(l.),myristica fragrans.Houtt. and Salvia Sclarea Linn,using material extraction rate is index and extraction pressure,temperature,carbon dioxide flow quantity,accumulative density,time etc as experiment parameter,through orthogonal experiments,we acquired the best technological condition of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and studied the influence of pressure,temperature, carbon dioxide flow quantity,accumulative density,particle size,time in detail. Next,we confirmed the physical and chemical index and the main composition of extraction production,through physical and chemical analyze and GC-MS analyze. Third, we verified the thermodynamics and dynamic model of extraction in terms of experiments data and the paper of last two years. We also predesigned and economical computed the industrial flow chart,prompted the technological and economical questions of industrial production that we must think.
