This paper consists of two parts. In the first parts the status andculture worth of Tibetan Costume and Ornaments is discussed .Itincludes the general situation and culture pattern of Tibetan Costumeand Ornaments, the basic regular pattern of the forming anddevelopment of Tibetan Costume and Ornamellts, the inheritance anddevelopment of national costume and Ornaments culture. In thesecond parts, the conception and present conditions is analyzedfirstly,then several examples is listed, and lastly how to realize thenationalize of Chinese's costume is put forwarded.
