A great diversity of the biological activities and the pharniacoLogica -l functions on soybean-isoflavone endows its abundant utiIizat~on values. And it is a either multifunctional pharmaceutical or health product abounding with developing prospect. However,80 percent of soybean is used as grease materials.Residue from soybeans ha -ving been degreased is used as manure and creature fodder,and its abundant soybean -isoflavone is not all utilized fully.Besides,most soybean-isoflavone is washed away in vain when soybean used as plant protein is processed.No doubt,both are wasted extre -mely precious soybean-isoflavone whose distributed range is very infinit. In order to realize the optimal utility of universal resources which become increas -ingly in poverishment,and to confer benefits on the mankind and to meet the socielty? -s needs of soybean-isoflavone of the conspicuous effect.It is necessary to study and d -evelop extracting and separating of soybean-isoflavone from soybean promptly. The article is according to the necessity justly.All kinds of technical conditions about the extraction and separation of soybean-isoflavone from soybean are studied,an -d a number of important results are obtained. 4. Extractrion yields of different solvents for soybean-isoflavone were compared,tha -t of leach with water was discovered the highest. 2. Extraction yield of the degreased soybean was much higher than that of the non-degreased soybean. 3. The good and the bad as well as disparity of extracting soybean-isoflavone with al -l kinds of solvent was evaluated integrally,and the effect of extracting with alcoh -ol was indicated the best. 4. Four factors of alcohol-concentration,auxiliary rate,temperature and time of leachi -ng soybean-isoflavone with alcohol were optimized.The experiments indicated th -at the optimal technical conditions of leaching soybean-isoflavone with alcohol were as follows:alcohol concentration 80%,auxiliary rate 1 :lO,temperature 6O~C a -nd time 72h. 5. Both genistein bearing 5-OH and its glycoside with lead acetate are able to produc -e precipitate. Genistein bearing 5-OH and its glycoside are separated from other i -soflavone not bearing 5-OH by means of lead acetate at first,and then its glycosid -e are replaced out by sodium sulfate.Three kinds of genistein and its glycoside ar -e obtained by polyamide gradient elution partition chromatography and thin-laye -r chromatographic preparation. 6. Firstly,daidzein,glycitein and their glycoside not precipitated by lead acetate are able to be precipitated by basic lead acetate,secondly,daidzein,glycitein and their glycoside are replaced out from precipitate by sodium sulfate,thirdly,six kinds of isoflavone are obtained by blangel dry column chromatography and silica gel thin -layer chromatographic preparation. 7. It is able to realize to separate daidzin from genistin of 6-OH by means of carbo -n dioxide and entrainment. 8. The effects of antioxygenic activity and inhibiting free radicals of soybean-isoflav -one of soybean-isoflavone were studied.The experiments indicated that the highe...
