On The Strategy Of Sustainable Development Model Selection Problem

It's well known that the problem of sustainable development relates not only to coordinating revolution of the complex and giant system of "Human-Nature-Society", but to the development of human's future, and it is also an important realistic problem which humankind has to be faced up with. It has gone beyond the bound of country, nation, culture and becomes an important problem for academic and theoretical research. As to the study of this problem, it can be divided in two respects: basic theory research and applied research. There are still weaknesses in applied research, for example, it hasn't done enough for the research on the problem of pattern choice of sustainable development strategy. Therefore, to make it more perfect, more complete and more practical, we must have a systematic research to this subject in a methodology way.It is necessary and possible to choose the model of sustainable development strategy. The extracting and generating of the model reflects that man have a more deep understanding to the generality and regularity of things. It is the need of human's social activity. The model is various and changeable, what's more, people have varied view of value, so we have to make a choice to the sustainable developing model. Meanwhile, the developing trend of the world subject, and people's consciousness, and the development of science and technology provide a possibility for our choice of model.Some main principles about the choice of model must be persisted in. The first one is principle of systematicness, which makes the model contribute to strengthening the elements of the system, makes the structure reasonable and the differences coordinate; The second one is principle of equity. We should give consideration to both internal generation's equity and outer generation's equity; The third one is principle of unifying the generality and peculiarity. It is required that we should take account of human's whole interest and undertake the responding responsibility and obligation. The forth one is principle of unifying truth and value. Basing on the object we should make a reasonable value choice, and pay attention to making most of subject's activity. The fifth one is principle of elasticity and economy. We should make our choice of model be open to outside and easy to be adjusted. So we can save our cost.During the choice of model we should take account of conditions. First, we must consider the history and the reality, and hold to the unifying of them. Second, as to internal and external conditions, we should change "out" into "in". Especially with the globalization, marketization, informnization, internalization and knowledge economy, subjects must go outside and make use of various chances to develop themselves. If it is such, the world will become more harmonizable and more healthy.The sustainable development strategy covers every respect in society, and its angle of model choice varies much. From the angle of systematic, it can be divided into different system models, and subsidiary system model. From the angle of human 's civilization we can choose the model of which makes material civilization, institutional civilization and spiritual civilization develop coordinately. From the angle of time, space and subject, we can pick up one model to save necessary-labor time and to amplify ecological space and to improve the subject's invention ability. From the angle of the analysis of contradictory, we should choose a model to solve the main contradictory. The choice of model is based on the component parts of strategy which include: the design of strategy goal, the defining of strategy emphasis, the division of strategy stage and the choice of strategy measure. People must obey their logical relation, and center on these four links.
