As a most precious resources of mankind,Whether the land resources can keep on exploitation or not,it's directly relating to the develop healthily of the ecomomy,society and environment,even relating to the mankind's living continuly on the earth.For this, each nation and regions all carry on the continuous explore and effort to protect the land resources to achieve the target that the land can keep on exploitation.For this target, we should understand the present condition of the land exploitation first and appraise its sustainable land secondly, at last,based on the outcome,we put forward some reasonable suggestion.According to this way,this paper carry on the analysis and evaluation to the land exploitation of Dalian City adopting the ecosystem footprint model.This paper regards sustainable development theory as guidelines, adopting dynamic degree and comprehensive degree of land use and has analyzed the land use of present condition in DaLian first,and then base on the model of Ecological Footprint,it has structured the calculation model of the ecological footprint quantity in DaLian,At last, it has carried on calculate to the ecological footprint amount of the City from 1996 to 2003, and compared Ecological footprint diversity and development capacity of eco-economic based on ecological footprint,As well as, it offers policy guidance and scientific basis for sustainable development of DaLian.â‘ As a whole, it is the ascendant trend that the per capita ecological footprint over the years 1996-2003 in DaLian,from 6.2259ha/cap rises by 10.114ha/cap, an average annual increase of 0.5554ha/cap increased by 129.68% compared with 1978 and 2001. According to the biologically productive area, the per capita ecological demand for the energy land,fishing land,forest land accounts for more proportion,the demand for construct accounts few proportion,the demand for forest have the tendency to continue increasing,the demand for arable land a little.â‘¡From overall situation, it is rise- downward trend to per capita ecological carrying capacity from 1996 to 2003 in DaLian. The whole biologically productive area change a little,only the arable demonstrates the downwards trend.â‘¢Comparison of the ecological footprint supply and demand over the years from 1996 to 2003,the paper draws a conclusion that it is in the state of ecological deficit at present to DaLian,Namely,it isn't in state of sustainable development. And the change trend of the ecological deficit will expands continually.â‘£Carry on the related analysis of each ecosystem index of Dalian City. Per capital 104 Yuan GDP and Ecological footprint diversity shows a negative relationship;The development capacity of eco-economic and per capital GDP show positive Correlations and he value is 0.80117.The correlations between Ecological deficit and Population shows negative relation.Based on the above analysis result, this paper has proposed some only for consulting of the respect as controlling population quantity,making use of land resources in a reasonable way,changing a resources depletion method,etc..
