With the increasing efforts of energy conservation and emission reduction in China,it is an inevitable trend for the flue gas of thermal power plants to reach ultra-low emission.Monitoring the emission reduction of thermal power plants is one of the effective methods to control pollution.DCS has been widely used in the monitoring system of thermal power plant emission reduction due to its reliability and high cost performance.Based on the actual application of DCS in the monitoring system of thermal power plants,according to the desulfurization,denitration and dust removal process adopted at present,this paper selects the control system with appropriate cost performance and formulates the overall control strategy to adapt to it,and designs and implements the spot acquisition programming module,data control programming module,logic control programming module,electrical professional control programming module and HMI module of monitoring system.Various debugging methods were used to test the single component,single system,whole system and 168-hour trial operation of the monitoring system,and corresponding solutions were proposed and implemented for the main problems and faults in the monitoring system operation.Through the dispersion and overall debugging of the system,the whole monitoring system can run stably for a long time in practical application,the monitoring data is accurate,the detection,adjustment and protection are automated,the man-machine interface is friendly,the operation is simple,the manpower and material resources are saved,the operation cost of the enterprise is reduced,and the original design intention of energy saving and emission reduction of the system is realized.
