The stability of the ozone cells is the key technology in the research of ozone generator. The design of the ozone cells with higher yields is discussed. And the main functional indexes of ozone cell such as the ozone output, the ozone concentration and ratio production was analyzed and compared according to the power supply, the dielectric material and the cooling system. Particularly, some kind of new material of macromolecule organism(polycarbonate) was used as the dielectrics and the experiment results indicate that some important functional indexes of it are better than those of glass, which is used as conventional dielectrics. And the electrical aging is also studied in the paper.For one ozone cell, the ozone output, ozone concentration, ozone ratio production and energy consumption would be 36. 3g/h, 29. Og/Nm3, 178. Og/(m2?h) and 17. 5 kW ?h/kgO3 respectively when air is used for the feed gas. The designed life-span of the cells is about 8000h, so the voltage should not be higher than 6695V. Higher ozone yields can be got if the frequency is increased.
