With the rapid development of industry, because the combustion of industrial fuels and other reasons, atmospheric environment quality has deteriorated, controlling the occupancy of nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide which come from coal-fired in air pollution have become the most urgent task. Ozone oxidation combined with chemical absorption for desulfurization and denitrogenation is feasible.To improve the ozone production, this paper used the finite element analysis software ALGOR to study the influence of the peak voltage of pulse power, the height of discharge gap and the thickness of dielectric layer on the electric field distribution in ozone generator's discharge gap. At the same time, for improving the ozone production and research discharge mechanism of mixed discharge ozone generator, this paper used the finite element analysis software ALGOR to study the electric field in ozone generator's discharge gap.The electric field simulation results for pulse plate-type and pipe-type ozone generator showed that the electric field strength increased with the increase of the peak voltage and the relative dielectric constant of dielectric material,and it increased with the decrease of the height of discharge gap and dielectric layer thickness.But there was no relationship between the electric field strength of discharge gap and voltage output form of power, discharge room length and discharge room temperature.The simulation results showed that the electric field strength distribution was not completely uniform in the discharge gap of pulse plate-type ozone generator.And in the most area of discharge gap, the electric field strength was uniform.But the electric field strength gradually diminished at the both ends of discharge gap.lt also was not uniform in the discharge gap of pulse pipe-type ozone generator, and it decreased from inside to outside.In the electric field simulation study of the mixed discharge ozone generator,the simulation model was changed a little because of the hardware in this paper.The results showed that the best power connection mode of ozone generator was which the central electrode was grounded,and the external electrode and internal electrode separately connected the two high voltage output terminals whose amplitude values were respectively 4 KV and -10 KV.And there was no phenomenon of electric field coupling superposition. in two discharge gaps.Using the finite element analysis software to study the electric field of ozone generator can save a lot of research time and cost. Meanwhile, it can provide some reference for the experimental study of ozone generator.
