Supercritical Fluid Chromatography Preparation Of The Epa-ee And Dha-ee

The research work and separation methods of Eicosapentaenoic Acid(EPA)- and Docosahexanoic Acid(DHA)-ethyl esters(EE) are reviewed. On the basis of discussion of advantage and disadvantage of these separation methods, we put forward supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) to separate EPA-EE and DHA-EE from fish oils. A review has also been accomplished for the advances in natural products' separation by SFC in the recent years.EPA-EE and DHA-EE are successfully separated by SFC at the range of 10MPa
