Agricultural non-point source (NFS) pollution is become more and more important in china. Yangong river is one of the most important water systems in ninghai county .but, With the rapid development of industry and agricultural, the yangong river's water quality is becoming more and more dirty. Especially the lossing of nitrogen and phosphorus from different sources ,caused the water environmental deterioration and eutrophication at river.Based on the investigation of different source and agricultural distribution, This studies discussed the distribution of COD, NX P from different sources and proportion of COD, N, P constitute in yangong watershed .and forecast the distribution of COD, N, P from different sources in 2010. Agricultural pollution was simulated by using AnnAGNPS model. At last, the study advanced some control countermeasure of all source pollution.1. The results of AnnAGNPS simulation is the following:soil losing :12000t/a, sedN:374.4 t/a,solN:411.3 t/a. sedP:92.2 t/a,solP1.3 t/a 2. The distribution of COD, TNx TP from different sources: Point source pollution: COD188.46t/a, TN8.74 t/a, TP1.347t/a Domestic sewage: COD947.3 t/a , TN 160 t/a, TP 17.63 t/a Animal pollution: COD296.01 t/a, TN21.72 t/a, TP7.51 t/a Fertilize pollution: COD833.62 t/a, TN233.5 t/a, TP6.074 t/a...
