Traditional Chinese drug is our traditional weapon of curing disease. It Contains great vitality. The study of isolating natural drugs' component, purfying natural drugs, mechanism of action have developed many years. The medicinal chemistry has been the attentive hotspot of chemistry and biology. The alkaloids is an important bioactive substance. With the development of studying means in isolation technique and fabric research, the alkaloids chemistry is developing quickly. Recently, with the discovery of bacteriostasic, anticancer, analgesia, anaesthesia and decompression activity, et al., the study of alkaloids developed quickly. The study has been taking important position in natural product chemistry. Systematically studying the chemical activity and biological activity of terpenoid alkaloids and organic amine alkaloids, searching the active lead compound, deeply developing new drugs, are always the people's studying goal. This paper studied the bacteriostasic activity of terpenoid alkaloids and organic amine alkaloids of traditional Chinese drugs. The thermal power-time curve of bacterial normal metabolism and the bacteriostasic activity of terpenoid alkaloids and organic amine alkaloids of traditional Chinese drugs were determined by 2277 Thermal Activity Monitor. This paper analyzed the thermal power-time curve, constructed the theoretical model and thermodynamic equation of bacterium growth and studied the thermodynamic characters. The study will provide theoretical basis for instructing to compose new antiseptic specific medicine. l.The chief contents1.1 The extraction of Radix Aconiti, Dendrobium nobile Lindl, Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. and Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F.Most terpenoid alkaloids can not dissolve in water, but can dissolve in chloroform, ethylether, ethanol, acetore, benzene, and other organicsolvents. It also dissolves in water solution of diluted acid and form salt. So we always extracted terpenoid alkaloids using ethanol, benzene. Some alkaloids adapt to cold soaking, some adapt to hot reflux. So we extract alkaloids using different method. We can pure the terpenoid alkaloids when we extract them. The general methods are solvent extracted method, chromatography, et al. This experiment used solvent extracted method and chromatography method. We dissolved the impure alkaloids in diluted acid, and adjust pH to 10 about. We extract it three times with chloroform. At last we reclaim chloroform by vacuum distillation.1.2 The extraction of Chinese ephedra, rhizoma pleionis and Leonurus heterophllusSome organic amine alkaloids can dissolve in water. Most can dissolve in chloroform, ethylether, ethanol, acetore, benzene, and other organic solution. We extracted organic amine alkaloids using diluted acid, ethanol. We pure the alkaloids when we extract them by solvent extracted method. 2.The study of the rule that the E. coli and S.aureus grew and metabolized in alkaloids of traditional Chinese drugs with different concentration and the bacteriostasic effects of alkaloids. For determining the rule of the drug function to E. coli and S.aureus and the optimum concentration of bacteriostasic activity, we add alkaloids solution with different concentration separately in liquid medium contained bacterium. The suspending liquid is formed. Then we measured the thermal power-time curve that the E. coli and S.aureus grew in 310K. By Logistic equation, we dealt with the exponential phase of growth curve, got the growth speed constant in alkaloids solution with different concentration, got the relation between the growth rate constant and concentration, determined the optimum growth concentration and the optimum bacteriostasic concentration. The results showed terpenoid alkaloids inRadix Aconiti, Dendrobiumnobile Lindl, Aconitum carmichaeli Debx., Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F. could promote the growth of E. coli. We contrasted their bacteriostasic concentration. The subsequence is Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F. >Radix Aconiti >Dendrobium nobile Lindl. Terpen...
