The Combination Of The Preparation Containing Phospholipids Fatliquor Applied Research And Mst Containing Phospholipids Wastewater

This paper deeply and carefully analysised and designed the structure of natural phospholipid to overcome the shortcomings of it .At the same time, the incorporation mechanism of phospholipid and the leather, the effect of phospholipid to leather are also analysis in this article. We carefully analysis the intermediate compound and the synthetic product with the advanced physical and chemical test methods such as IR and SEM. The route of synthesis and the optimum conditions were determined. According to the different effect on leather fiber structure of comment in the fatliquor, we complex the phospholipid with sulfated castor oil and higher alcohol. Thus, we get the combination fatliquor, which has the good properties.This paper also studied on the application of the fatliquor agent for goatskin garment leather. The physical and chemical properties of leather were tested. SEM studied the microstructure of fatliquor leather fiber. It showed that the kind of fatliquor agent had excellent emulsibility, dispersivity and a strong combination with leather. The leather fatliquored by the combination fatliquor had properties of fine grain, fullness, softness and good washing fastness.We separated and purified the wastewater, which has trace phospholipid, with the newness technology -MST in order to avoid the environment pollution.
