A technique for periodically poled lithium niobate by spatially selective electric field and its applications is studied.V grooves fabricated in LiNbO3 substrates via its the special characteristics is suggested. The grooves will simplify the attachment and package of optoelectronic applications.The history and prospect of periodically poled lithium niobate technique is briefly introduced. Secondly presenting and contrasting the methods of the technique,mainly electric field poling method is studied. Next detailed design and experiment on the high voltage pulse source which can take count is described.Then the LiNbO3 samples is utilized conventiomal photolithographic patterning steps. Liquid electrodes are designed .It has made a powerful basis for PPLN . After experiments, the result is analyzed. The last part is the improvement. |
