The paper found a detection method to study cypermethrin. fenvalerate and deltamehrin of pond water and fish at Guanzhou pearl river fisheries research institute, which is aimed at the menace that come from pesticide to surroundings an man and carry through detecting trace pesticide is important, also it improves a detection method of pond water and fish for china.Firstly we found the GC detection condition of three pyrethroid, we optimize the detection condition of time and apex-area with temperature and press. The even design examination and computer technology are applied to the study on design and optimization of capillary gas chromatographic detection conditions, and mathematic model is established in the article. The capillary gas chromatographic detection conditions that temperature is 259'C and pressure is ITPa that can satisfy apex speed and well-shape are successfully obtained, Also, the detection conditions have extensive value in use.Secondly we will found the feasible pretreatment conditions of three pyrethroid of pond water and fish. We carry through contrasting examinations to distill solvent, surging time, surging temperature, purified methods and concentrated methods of practice water sample and elect best pretreatment method: distill solvent is oil-aether, surging time is SOmin, surging temperature is 25 癈, purified method use florigito layer-separated-column to pond water (alumina florigito layer-separated-column to fish) and concentrated method use circumrotate evaporation instrument.The detecting method whether or not goes along with require is scaled with the lowest detecing concentration, the rate of accession reclaim and differentiation coefficient. Its owest detecing concentration reaches ppb(10~12); its respective rate of accession reclaim is 87.1-102.4%; 87.9~108.6%; 88.8~104.7% and its respective differentiation coefficient is 10.0; 4.7; 5.5. The three indexes are all go along with requests.
