Stained dynamics and controllable technique of cut-off adsorption glass are systematically studied. To prevent from colorant volatiling,quickly low temperature melting technique must be adopted。Eutectic points in the phase diagram Na2O- ZnO- SiO2 are the basis of designing glass compositions,so the fair compositions of glass and the best low melting technique are achieved , glass being no color,bubbles and cords is made。Colorant Se and CdS added in the glass mentioned above,The influences of adding of colorants on stained glass and the relations of cut-off adsorbed performances of stained glass with colorant batches and conditions of heat treatment are studied。The results show that when the adding of colorant Se is about 0.6% and colorant CdS is 0.6%~1.0%,the equally stained glass are obtained。Heat treatment conditions determined,the position of cut-off adsorption wavelength depends on colorant batches。Colorant batche is 1.0,red glass is obtained; Colorant batche is 0.6,yellow glass is made。Colorant batche and heat treatment temperature determined, kinds of stained glass are obtained by changing hours of heat treatment,whichis one method of precisely controlling glass color 。 But the stained process is more complicate,the change of glass color is sensitive to heat treatment conditions,To precisely controll glass color,it is necessarily studied from stained dynamics。The stained results demonstrate.that stained dynamic controlable equation is described as CdS plus Se2- equal to CdS1-xSe x plus Sx2- plus Se1-x2-,which is the relation of cut-off adsorption wavelength and stained hours。Stained temperature given, the relations of cut-off adsorption wavelength and stained hours is approximately a straight line,which is explained by solid reation dynamics yander.equation, using yander.equation can conclude the △G of stained dynamic controlable equation, which equals to165965.7J/ml。when another Stained temperature given, the relations of cut-off adsorption wavelength and stained hours can be drawn from △G。So by controlling the relations of cut-off adsorption wavelength and stained hours can handle the stained process。The reason of glass stained is probed by XRD and TEM to find out that microcrystal and microinhomophase come into being in the process of heat treatment,so glass is stained and the performance of cut-off adsorption appear...
