Yan'an City, Air Pollution Control Planning Its Web

As known to all, modern technics is developed more and more rapidly as well as the pollution. The problem of pollution and the study focused on it comes to be the highlight with people's awareness of it stronger and stronger.The research works on the programming of air pollution control based on the background of Yan'An area. And the research result is applied to Yan'An as practice.The international prevailing idea of "Total Emission Control" is used in this paper to study the pollution problem in Yan'An area. The programming based on "Total Emission Control" improves the reasonability of the solution.The paper discusses the foundation of optimal programming firstly, which includes the diffusion of pollutant in the air and the air pollution modeling prediction of area in fluviatile valleys similar to Yan'An city. Compartmentalize the pollution sources of the city according to statistical information and related research so that the programming on control can be carried out.A micro application software named "Control Software on Ah- Pollution" is developed besides the theoretic work, which offers the function of air pollution modeling prediction and air pollution control programming. The control programming of pollution sources in Yan'An area is revealed as an example in the software as well.Considered in the style of COM(Component Object Model),ActiveX and DLL(Dynamic Linking Library) are used through the development of the software, which supports the realization of the software on web.
