Automatic Programmable Glove Knitting Machine Control System

After the reformation ,the technique in our textile industry has made a greate progress. Converter and PLC technique has been introduced into the textile equipments , a pat of textile machine has beeendeveloped fast in automation. The Glove Knitting Machine in China is slower than aboard.And the Glove Knitting Machine in China has not gone well. According to this we design a set of control system of the Glove Knitting Machine.the paper includes:1. According the analysis of control in the Glove Knitting Machine in China and aboard,put forward control method which fit for our textile industry.2. Design a set of hardware system,regulate step motor speed with converter technique.The number of knitting courses,number of courses for insertion of elastic yam,etc.,can be altered with the simple touch of a button. With making use of serial electrocircuit of RS-485,we build the foudation of network of factory.3. Design a set of software to supervise the Glove Knitting Machine ,and manager the working process. The software is executed through scanning.4. Take serial kinds of measures,make the system can work properly in adverse circumstances.Via design this system ,we accumulate experience of textile automation.And the control system has good performance.lt can be used in factory.
