After years of continuous development,the knitting industry has formed a relatively complete industrial chain.With the continuous expansion of the domestic knitting market,various types of knitting machine industry have maintained rapid development in recent years.Among them,the automatic jacquard glove machine is a kind of knitting machine,which has high efficiency,low cost and strong customization,and is gradually favored by the market.In order to stabilize the domestic market and expand the foreign market,this project has designed and improved the electronic control system of the domestic automatic jacquard glove machine at present,which can adapt to seven needles,ten needles,thirteen needles,etc.,and can weave a variety of special shape gloves,as well as more and more complex jacquard patterns,meet the demands of today's people on the quality and aesthetics of gloves.At the same time,improve the stability of the control system,increase the number of functional modules,improve the production efficiency of the machine,manage dozens of machines by one person,and the knitting speed of the machine head reaches 1.5m/s,and complete a pair of complicated jacquard adult gloves every 6 minutes.It is about 2?3 minutes more efficient than traditional machines,which greatly reduces the increasing labor costs.Therefore,the new automatic jacquard glove machine control system developed by this subject has certain market value.This thesis first describes the development status and research background of the knitting industry at home and abroad,and focuses on the future development trend of the automatic jacquard glove machine and related technical analysis.Then the mechanical structure and working principle of the full-automatic jacquard glove machine of this subject are explained.Then the hardware system plan and software system flow are formulated according to the functional requirements and technical indicators,and the electronic control system scheme with multiple independent CAN bus as communication mode and multiple hardware boards is proposed.The hardware circuit design and design considerations of each module are introduced in detail,including the coordinated operation control of servo motor,8 stepping motors,16 electromagnets and 12 selector jacks,and 4 three-phase AC asynchronous motors.Control,and the design of human-computer interaction function modules.At the same time,the software design ideas of the whole system are introduced,including pattern analysis process,braiding control logic,stepper motor control flow,CPLD logic control steps and communication protocols.Finally,the fully automatic jacquard glove machine designed has completed the target requirements through module testing and multiple on-site joint debugging.And after nearly one year of domestic and foreign market inspections,the continuous update and upgrade,the stability of the entire system continues to improve,more and more auxiliary functions,human-computer interaction system is more humane.Compared with other domestic fully automatic jacquard gloves,it has a market advantage of high cost performance.
