The Master Dissertation was written with the Satellite Based Radio Environment Monitor, which is a project of the Anti-jamming Technique Research on the CDMA Low Orbit Satellite Constellation Communication System plan of Science and Technology Phosphorus Scheme and the tasks I had accomplished. To establish a statistical model on the radio jam of the earth's surface must base on the test data of the radio jam noise in a typical applied environment. By utilizing the computer simulation technique, we can propose an anti-jamming scheme. In order to gain those data, it's important to develop the Satellite Based Radio Environment Monitor. The monitor is a wireless receiver that detect, collect and storage the radio jam signals of the earth's surface in terms of the frequency domain.The thesis discusses some questions of Satellite Based Radio Environment Monitor with emphasis. The content as following:Designing and realizing of construction of the monitor, including the approach of improve the noise performance, the noise power of receiver and the construction of the monitor.Designing and realizing of Analog-Digital Conversion Unit, including choosing the IC, designing the Buffer for ADC, calculating the practice performance parameter in the practice.Designing and realizing of Data Processing Unit, including choosing and configuration the IC, designing periphery circuits based on DSP IC, EMC design, software design (introduce a DSP technique on restrain the Doppler shift) and hardware realization.Designing and realizing of testing experiment on the monitor.
