Resource Management System Based On Com Knife Measuring Research And Development

With the development of numerical control technology, it has already become an important symbol that weighs manufacturing level of a country or an area. At present, a lot of numerical control machines have been equipped in an enterprise, but the efficiency of numerical control machines only reaches 20% to 30%. Several reasons cause this complexion, the management level of the enterprise is the most important ones.The thesis uses the center of numerical control machine of Chengdu Aircraft Corporation as an example. First, we studied and optimized the workflow and information flow of management of the tools and measures in the center. Then, we established the function model and information model for the management of tools and measures in the center. Thirdly, we analyzed the development method of software system based on COM component. Finally, we developed the information display component, data copy component and information query component for the tools and measures management system.
