Coal in China's energy consumption structure has been in a dominant position,in the short term,China can not get rid of dependence on coal.Statistics show that China's coal production in the end of 2016 reached nearly 40 tons,along with the high yield of coal industry is a high accident rate and high mortality.With the exploitation of the shallow coal resources,the coal mining is gradually turning to the deep development,which makes the gas accident more prominent.In recent years,the rapid development of computer technology,in the field of mine ventilation has been widely used at home and abroad,many scholars have developed a variety of mine ventilation management software system,but because of the particularity of coal industry,coal mine is different because different location,different geological conditions,occurrence of coal resources exploitation and different in different ways,resulting in the ventilation management software the system can not be universal,so according to the specific needs of mine own characteristics,according to the demand analysis of the ventilation information management system is developed,in order to achieve the optimal management and application effect.On this basis,the main research is as follows:(1)the development status and advantages and disadvantages of different mine ventilation management systems at home and abroad are analyzed,and the importance and convenience of the application of GIS technology in mine ventilation information management are clarified.(2)focus on the technology and mine ventilation monitoring technology of GIS data processing in coal mine,by applying GIS technology to coal mine ventilation information management,including property management topology information management of the mine ventilation system of coal mine ventilation system.(3)combined with the characteristics of high river coal mine,according to the layout of the ventilation system,carries on the system demand analysis and overall design,to determine the high river coal mine ventilation information management system should include ventilation module,drawing module,parameter module,security module and information management module,the system of each the module of database of database design,lay a good foundation for the development of the system.(4)using UML modeling language,was developed using object-oriented development language and GIS component technology,Oracle and ArcSDE to build and manage thedatabase,combined with the high river coal mine ventilation monitoring system using GIS technology,established the high river coal mine ventilation system information management system.(5)according to the existing problems of high river coal mine ventilation system,optimize the use of ventilation information management system developed by the results show that the double "U" type ventilation to partial Y type ventilation mode,can effectively solve the upper corner gas overrun problem is effectively reduced;cut the internal wind speed,reduce dust;improve the working surface and the end region of the working environment and reduce the cost of roadway construction.
