The writing of textile testing standard, with the textile product exportion of China increasing, play an important role in the textile testing area. Because of historical effection our textile testing standard's level left behind the international advanced textile standard. The writing of the textile standard-Fabrics China standard, will promote domestic standard level and testing level, and adapt the textile economy globalization.On the base of large amounts of experimentation, and referring to correlative literature, this paper roundly analyze and research all kinds of textile standard i.e. ASTM, ISO, AATCC, JIS and M&S etc. Through analyzing various of factor, which affect testing result of textile testing standard, the notability of the factor to the testing result is determined by analyzing software-SPSS and ORIGIN. It is significant that guide compiling of the textile standard rationally. Using diverse analyzing methods, especially popular measuring uncertainty to physical experiments, effect of various factors on the experiments is further validated. Measuring uncertainty make for improve the testing precision and testing reliability.Through practice on the basis of amount of data, it shows that FC standard is approach to the international advanced standard.This paper mention the solution of the standard forming, which resolve the matter existing on the textile testing standard. FC standard promote the status of China standard, and have considerable application value on the textile testing standard industry.
