The TFT LCD short-loop laser cut system is a kind of advanced micro-electronic machine which cuts the short-loops around the LCD screen. The modified scheme improves the cut speed, the cutting time is reduced to less than five seconds from more than fourteen seconds, meanwhile cut effect has been improved and the control difficulty is reduced.This article explains the modified design scheme of TFT LCD short-loop laser cut system detailedly. First the electronic control structure design of TFT short-loop laser cut system is carried out. Then the hardware flat roof design and control programme software design is implemented.
