The bio-tricking filter flue gas desulphurization technique has bring extensive because its simple technique and manipulation, low investment , operation and maintance fee and decease SO2 pollution efficiently. Now sulfur dioxide and acid rain pollution has become a commen and critical phenomenon in China, so it's no time to delay to control and treat SO2 pollution. But because of its high investment operation fee et al, flue gas desulphurization techniques is not suitable for the development country to take. In this article study a economical and effective bio-tricking filter flue gas desulphurization techniques is described aimed at the SO2 pollution of our country and the low concentration of SO2 desulphurization in flue gas.First, we study the fostering, separation and purification of Thiobacillus ferroxidans. The results shows the Thiobacillus ferroxidans grow very well when the temperature is 30 C or so, the pH value of the detergent is controlled at 2.0. moreover , the Thiobacillus ferroxidans will have more high oxidans after several times of purification.Based on Mond formula, a responsive mathematical model for a certainty kind of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans growing in the substrate containing ferrous ion was built up. With computer simulating variation of ferrous ion concentration during the bacteria growth, this model can be used to determine the kinetic parameters of bacteria growth, and the influence of the of these parameters of bacteria growth can be predicated. Under the varied experimental conditions initial ferrous ion concentration, temperature and inoculation amount, the ferrous ion concentration was examined, and the experimental data was simulated by computer to determine m, K and pb0 / . Furthermore the influence of experimental conditions on these parameters was discussed.This paper systematically studies the influence of the process conditions, such as SO2 concentration in flue gas, Inlet gas flow, Liquid-to-gas ratio, Fe3+concentionand flue gas temperature on desulfurization efficiency are studied. Additionally the influence of all sorts of packing materials and its high on efficiency of desulphurization is also discussed. The result of experiments shows: This method is more effective (> 97.5%)for the treatment of SO2 concentration of 1 ~ 5 X 103mg/m3 in flue gas. The best effects of eliminating SO2 will be gained when the Inlet gas quantity of flow is 4m3/h,the Liquid-to-gas ratio is 11.4L/m3, the ferro ion concentration is 0.8g/L.when the liquid temperature is low ( <40 C) the desulphurization efficiency increase with flue gas temperature increasing,; in the experimental, the desulphurization efficiency decrease when the liquid temperature is more than 50 C. The ceramic with good quality and low price is the best packing material, the more higher of packing material can increase the efficiency of desulphurization, but we should decide it according actual instance.In addition, the mechanism of the bio-tricking filter desulphurization technology was discussed in details.
