Adopt the way of numerical simulation in the solidifying process of casting craft to optimize the casting craft, it is a broadly used method in the course of modern hot procedure. Though the commercial software has been applied in some large-scale enterprises, the software still has its limitation. At the time of planning to design a manufacturing engineering scheme, it can't meet high, precise, sharp quality product, such as to predict the segregation of the casting, the crack and deformation, and the organization, The problems, has involved the multi-disciplinary academic front subject, needs to be resolved, it is a present question that commercial software has not resolved.In addition, it is very difficult to popularize commercial software in our country for the price of commercial software and related hardware, and it is hard to operate it for its complexity operation. So it's a front academic subject in hot procedure specialty to program higher degree of precision, faster, and cheaper specialized software to design the casting craft, and high-efficient, multi-functional casting solidify process numerical simulation software is the most important basic software, paid close attention by domestic and international scholarsThe articles summarize the development and current situation of casting solidify simulation technology at first, then based on entity shape technology and finite element matrix interpolation theory, construct module with Object Oriented Programming method, work out an all-purpose three-dimensional temperature field simulation software system, and prove it according to the result of experiment. It can deal complicated boundary conditions and complicated appearance with arbitrarily assigned time steps, irregular mesh sizes and variable physical property parameters, The method can improve the calculation accuracy and save the calculation time. The OpenGL technique is applied to the process, the smooth transition of color was done in the simulation and image of temperature field could be rotated and magnified or minified arbitrarily to show various section and angles, and it can form the real-time temperature curve.A conclusion that in sand mold casting different hot physical property parameters would affect solidifying coefficient with power function has been drawn by simulating different material and shape casting, Thus provides a reliable basis for revising unknown or inaccurate hot physical property parameters in numerical simulation.
