| Firstly, this paper had analyzed the intensified smelting technical process-Ausmelt's technology recommended by Yunnan metallurgy group that was used to deal with the upgraded vulcanized lead and produce wet lead, rich lead slag and high concentration sulfur dioxide. The traditional sintering - blast furnace was transformed with advanced Ausmelt's technology and put forward smelting technology to smelt the rich lead dregs with the blast furnace. This technology could solve the problem of low consistency SO2 in traditional lead smelting technology, and combined with the easily operating blast furnace smelt the technology, and avoided a large number of materials returning turn over in traditional flow, and raised the resources utilization ratio. Therefore this technology possesses have good application foreground. However the computer simulation and control of this technology was studied seldom, especially mathematics model of the viscosity of FeO-CaO-SiO2-PbO-ZnO slag systems, surface tension and the effect consistency.This thesis emphasis was on the foundation of a large number of industry experimental ata and material data, and built thermodynamic parameter control model with the principle "material balanced and thermal equilibrium. And also used multiple linear regression analysis to built slag viscosity and the surface tension forecasting model. Appling the coexisting theory of the melts slag structures in the slag acting consistency forecasting model and built the effect consistency forecasting model. Using the control theory of calculation, the forecasting control system was built on this foundation. This could realize the roll optimization and feedback proofreading with wholly smelting course.The controlled model could predict the constituency of the product, output capacity, blast capacity and burnt carbon capacity consuming after the composition of the rich lead slag and related parameter was determined. And the trend pictures of influence factor such as air humidity, and etc can be drawn according to the data of input. Further more, according to the result of mechanism model forecasting, the forecasting of slag viscosity, effect consistency and surface tension could be carried on. So it can realize the double control about the constituent phase and the furnace conditions. To compare the data be in advance imported with the fact data, it could realize the on-line proofreading and correct to make the system more perfect. The predictive controlled system would offer off-line guidance for the workers, and simplify the workprocedure and raises work efficiency. |
