| GAG is a kind of important acidic polysaccaride , which is abstracted from laryng-bone, nasal cartilage and trachea. It is used to treat nerral headache, arthralgia migraine headache, andassistant treatment for hepapis and so on. Recently, as researches about physiological function and biochemical property are deeply development, it was found that ray Polysaccharide also has other function such as anti-cruor, anti-inflammation, anti-thrombosis, anti-cancer and decreasing blood fat. So ray Polysaccharide is a new type of actively medical ingredient which has great researchful value.There are five parts in this paper. The first part is about inspecting three technical flows and chosing the method of extraction with dilute base as the best technics. The second part is concerning on examining a series of conditions about the methodof extraction with dilute base indluding orthogonal experiment design of extraction and enzymolysis, and inspect salt solution, adsorption , precipitation by adding alcohol, Then, the best method of is decided. The third part is to determine the content of Lucuronic acid, and set up the quality standard of ray Polysaccharide 'rough product . The fourth part is concerning on ray Polysaccharide injection including general quality examination and establishing the quality standard. The last part is the pharmacological experiment of ray Polysaccharide injection, indicating it can remarkably decrease the blood lipid of rat. |
