Abstract/Summary:
The spinning working procedure is the most important one of the resultant yarn spinning, the capability of the spinning frame affects a lot to the crop and the quality of the resultant yarn. At present, most of the spinning frames which used by the domestic cotton mills are driven by one line shaft, and doffed by manually operation. There are a lot of shortcomings: low accuracy of speed adjusting, low spindle speed, few variety of the package, low ability of production, low level of automation and it is difficult to change assortment of the spinning.The task brings forward a new method to control the forming frame of the spinning frame: Use a stepper motor driven by a MCU to control the motion of the ring board, so the motion of the ring board can be very smooth. This can reduce the broken ends of the spun yarn a lot, and enhance the quality of the winding.The whole rehandling of the system include three aspects: machine, electric and control. This article discusses the method of the design and the process of the development, which include requirements analysis, hardware design, software design and reliability design and so on.The final system which can by easy operated has powerful functions. Otherwise, it running failsafe and can by easy servicing. The finished products have good quality. The system which can enhance labor capacity and reduce labor intensity a lot is one of the most important links of the automation of workshops of the cotton mills.
