With the development of technology and the improvement of manufacturing process,the new spinning frame has reached a higher level in automation,digitization and even intelligence through continuous iterative update.In recent years,progress has also been made in electronic drafting,electronic lifting,and electronic forming,but most of them use servo and variable frequency drives,and there are still problems with control and execution accuracy.Based on the motion controller,the development of the control system on the spinning test machine can realize all electronic control and provide a reference for the full electronic control of the spinning machine.This article first analyzes the control requirements of each motion mechanism,and proposes the overall scheme design of the control system of the five-motor-driven spinning test machine.Independent drive.Many components such as cams,swing arms,ratchets,and claws in the winding and forming mechanism of the traditional spinning machine are eliminated,and the mechanical structure of the spinning test machine is simplified.The design of the control system of this spinning test machine is based on improving the control accuracy of the machine.The motion controller is used as the control center and is equipped with a servo drive system,a touch screen and other components.The communication between the motion controller,the servo system,and the touch screen uses Ethernet-based communication technology,which increases the data transmission rate and increases the stability of the system.This control scheme not only strengthens the control of each motion mechanism,but also provides basic conditions for improving the running accuracy.Secondly,by establishing the mathematical model of the motion control part,the relationship between the information input outside the system and the motion output of the spinning frame is determined.According to the set roving weight,spun yarn weight,draft multiple,twist and other process parameters,the machine operating parameters such as roller shaft speed,spindle shaft speed,and ring plate lifting speed can be determined through the control model.The establishment of the mathematical model of motion mainly involves the mathematical model of spindle speedregulation,the mathematical model of roller drafting,and the mathematical model of electronic winding forming.model.Based on the established control model,the main program of motion control and the interface program of the touch screen are designed according to the design requirements of the overall scheme of the control system.The design of the main program of motion control mainly realizes the basic functions of motion control such as roller drafting,spindle speed regulation,ring plate winding forming,etc.,as well as parameter processing,full tube stop,and fault alarm.As a human-machine interactive interface,the touch screen realizes functions such as operation monitoring,process parameter setting of the spinning frame.Through the online simulation test,the motion control main program can basically achieve the motion control requirements of each mechanism.Finally,on the basis of completing the hardware construction and program design of the control system of the spinning test machine,the controller,servo drive system and other hardware were debugged to ensure that each hardware part can achieve basic functions.Through the test of the control system,the realization effect and stability of the control system are tested,on this basis,the control system is further improved and optimized.After testing,the control system of the spun yarn testing machine can basically complete the motion control of the roller,ring plate and spindle according to the process requirements,and complete the entire work flow of the spun yarn testing machine.The control system of the spinning tester designed in this paper has a simple mechanical structure and a high degree of automation.In addition,the use of a motion controller specifically for motor control replaces the traditional PLC,which improves the real-time performance of the system and can better complete complex motion tasks.The application of the servo system strengthens the motion control of each mechanism.This system has great reference significance whether it is the transformation of traditional spinning frames or the development of new spinning frames.
