In this paper, Some studies have been done about some problems of No. 4 overturn machine of pangang group which appear in it's running, such as crackle and rupture. Establishing overturn machine theory model , boundary conditions and so on which are fit for practice ,. Comparing the result and the fact , analyzing the reason of destroy and finding the methods to solve the problem .Based on drawings which offered by Pangang Co., by serious research and discuss , consulting literature and data, using 3D modeling software , we can establish the model of parts and assemble the machine ,in the end we can understand the going of the machine moreover. According as the subject's properties, physics coefficients, preliminary conditions and boundary conditions are confirmed in the finite element analysis software. Taking advantage of the analyse structure module of finite element analysis software, according to added force status to calculate and deal with the result, structure distortion and stress distribution can be found. Contrasting simulation result and practice result, we can bring forward reasonable meliorations .This paper offers melioration proposes for overturn machine in theory, at the same time, it established foundation for the sake of application and popularize of CAE in mechanical and electrical industry. The theoretic fruit have some academic and applied value to theoretic and numerical calculation of the physical field's distribution large-scale complex structure .
