The chemical reactor is a. kind of widely used vessel in chemical reaction, and the reaction mechanism in which is complicated. Studying the method of controlling the chemistry process to increase the percent conversion and quality of products by controlling its procedure parameters is necessary for chemical process and biologic-pharmacy industry. In the paper, the controlled-object's particularities are concluded from analysing chemical reactor's heat-conduction characteristics, and an intelligent measurement and control system based on three-part combined control theory, which uses different way of control in different error rang, is designed. Further more, the paper discusses the feasibility of this control strategies and the application of the fuzzy-PID control algorithm in chemical reactor process control./This intelligent control system takes the MCS-51 single-chip computer as the core. Two kinds of popular serial interface,1-wire bus and I2C bus, are used to compose a multi-point temperature measurement system. The system controlls chemical reactor's temperature and its grads by controlling executive components' action and adjusting procedure parameters.
