In the tea roasting process, the temperature and humidity control is critical, in this paper, 他 the temperature control system based on fuzzy PID control and humidity control systemthe are designed which is suitable for wulong tea roasting. For temperature module,system with the single chip processor as lower machine, PC as upper machine (design interface software based on VB platform), single chip microcomputer mainly completes data collection and control of the heating device, and the upper machine completes complicated data processing and control of the microcontroller. In lower machine, using thermocouples and moisture sensor real-time collects the temperature and humidity of baking box, and temperature and humidity data are sended to the VB software interface by serial communication, VB software interface can real-time displays the temperature and humidity change curve, at the sametime,the interface of VB software using VB and Matlab programming with temperature difference and temperature difference rate of change to realize online adjust the parameters of PID controller by fuzzy controller, the control volume is obtained by PID algorimm.the control command and control amount are sent to the microcontroller through the serial port communication, to adjust the relay on-off time by microcomputer to realize the control of the heating device, adjusting the baking temperature. For humidity module, setting threshold, when the threshold is reached thus carrying out wetted control to ensure the quality of the tea. Through the experiment and simulation of systemand actual implementation has been proved that the control effect of this system for temperature is good, meet the design accuracy requirement (control the temperature ofl ℃).System software interface is friendly and easy for parameter adjustment and data display can be achieved flexibly controlled independently. Humidity control system is also easy to operate and achieve, to achieve control. Therefore, the system can be used in r actual temperature and humidity control for tea roasting.
