Shijiazhuang City, Vehicle Exhaust Pollution Control Planning

This paper, on the basis of the experience from domestic and overseas, discussed the air pollution by vehicle exhaust and its control with administration technology through studying the city traffic administration and control. By analyzing the inspect result of traffic environment pollution status causing by vehicle exhaust in Shijiazhuang, the percent of vehicle exhaust pollution was calculated with the model of MOBIL5. Based on the analysis of studying, we summed up the vehicle exhaust level and according factors in Shijiazhuang. Then b y researching the vehicle exhaust control method of Shijiazhuang from the aspects of city layout, traffic administration and control we suggested the direction of the vehicle exhaust control plan in Shijiazhuang and provides a reference for the city's traffic pollution control plan.
