Nowadays, the expenditure and balance of the coal-gas in steel-corporation is a research hotspot on current steel system. This thesis writes exactly about the application research of forecast-model of the coal-gas, combined with the application in studying the balance-attestation of coal-gas.At first of the thesis, firstly introduce the backdrop and origin of the question discussing in the thesis, then summarizes domestic and international achievements of theoretical research and project application on forecast and gas-balance, finally raises problems existing in the aspects of theory and application research on forecast-model and brings forward points that will expatiate in this thesis. And then By virtue of studying the technics of steel production, the thesis brings up several equations about expenditure of the coal-gas, analyses the link between them. Lastly, the paper shows the result of relation-degree using the gray relation method.In the aspect of setting up the forecast-model, the thesis adopts different method to different object. To steel rolling mill, uses the method of multi-degree regression analysis, adopts the ways of neural networks to steel-making mill, and the method of requesting the average to sinter mill. The analyzing result of running shows: the classify studying method in this paper is useful, and the result of forecast is availability. Finally, the thesis offers the application in the gas-balance system using the result of the forecast method, mostly in the balance-attestation and malfunction diagnose, summarizes the theoretical and application achievement in studying and setting up forecasting method of the coal-gas in the steel-corporation .At the same time, brings forward the better foreground of forecast in the steel system.
