Metallophthalocyanines have been applied in many fields, for their peculiar physical and chemical properties. So the chemistry of metal phthalocyanines has been an active field for a long period, a number of phthalocyanines have been synthesized. A majority of the synthesized phthalocyanines go back to transform of the basic structure of the phthalocyanines' ring. In this paper, we have synthesized different kinds of substituted phthalocyanines based on the previous work of our group. The main results of this dissertation are summarized as follow. Synthesis and characterization: There are three kinds of precursor have been synthesized in this paper which can be used to prepare metallophthalocyanines: 3-(p-aminophenyloxy) phthalonitrile, 3-(m-aminophenyloxy) phthalonitrile and 3-(8-quinolineoxy) phthalonitrile. And they were characterized by IR, 1HNMR and Elemental Analysis. Three series of substituted metallophthalocyanines have also been synthesized: tetra-伪-(p-aminobenzyloxy) metallophthalocyanines, tetra-伪- (m-aminobenzyloxy) metallophthalocyanines and tetra-伪-(8-quinolineoxy) metallo phthalocyanines, and they were characterized by IR, UV/Vis, Elemental Analysis, HPLC. Non-substituted metallophthalocyanines have been synthesized by means of the reference paper.Study of properties: According to the existing conditions, some relative properties were studied as follow.The UV/Vis spectrum of the metallophthalocyanines were studied. The effects of substituted groups' kind, substituted groups' position, solvent and central mental on the 位max in Q-band were discussed. As a result, in contrast to the correspond non-substituted metallophthalocyanines, the 位max in Q-band of the metallophthalocyanines we synthesized shift to red region. The effects of the solvent and central mental on the metallophthalocyanines' 位max in Q-band is not distinct. The effects of substituted groups' kind and substituted groups' position on the metallophthalocyanines' 位max in Q-band is much more distinct. The 位max in Q-band of 伪 substituted metallophthalocyanines shift to red region is much more distinct than 尾 substituted metallophthalocyanines, when the substituted group is the same. The congregate behavior of the metallophthalocyanines in the solvent of DMF and DMSO at different concentration were discussed. Fluorescence spectrum of tetra-伪-( aminobenzyloxy) zinc phthalocyanines and tetra-尾-( aminobenzyloxy) zinc phthalocyanines were compared.The photo stability of the metallophthalocyanines synthesized in this paper under the irradiation of red light was explored. The effects of central mental and substituted groups on photo stability of the metallophthalocyanines were discussed.
