The sulfonating parameters are optimized by performing orthogonal experiments with three factors and three -level factorials and high performance alkyl benzene sulfonate product is obtained through the processes of neutralization and blending. The property evaluation shows that the surfactant is comparable with foreign ones and the ASP system can enhance 20% more original oil in place (OOIP) than water flooding on natural cores. The research also provided a series of surfactant products which can meet oil and water requirements of different zones. In addition, we succeeded in preparing surfactant qualified for EOR by using the heavy alkyl benzene from different areas in China. | Keywords/Search Tags: | heavy alkyl benzene (HAB), sulfonate, alkyl benzene sulfonate (ABS), property evaluation, ASP flooding | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
