With the rapid development of world economy, global demand for oil andpetroleum products has been an upward trend, the demand for oil and mining havebecome increasingly prominent. Up to now, China’s new energy wind, solar is still notlarge-scale applications, the traditional ore, oil and coal energy has become tighter. Inthis case, how effective enhanced oil recovery, the development of new oil extractiontechnology has become a major topic of the oil industry, the surfactant (displacingagent) flooding has become one of the key elements of such new technologies.Today, the application of three oil production Daqing Oilfield surface activeagent (displacing agent), the main use is heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate surfactants(displacing agent), the vast majority of molecular structurecontaining aromatic ringclass structure, and also contain fused ring class structure, these structuresbiodegradability and environmental toxicity, the late environmental governance isdifficult. The same time, these widely used surfactants in the oil fields of the oil (oildisplacement agent) in the tertiary oil recovery process with alkali (NaOH), to helpsurface active agent compound to achieve in the ground to reduce the oil-waterinterface tension to a sufficient low value, thus greatly improving the recovery ofcrude oil.After extensive inspection of the relevant theoretical literature and the actual datain this paper a new design to find the raw materials of a new kind of does not containaromatic rings, this raw material in two ways based on sulfonate preparation to beable to explore a morehigh activity of sulfonate surfactants (displacing agent). A lot offinding and screening raw materials, and numerous experiments to optimize theprocess, find the surfactant (bio-oil) of this waste oil instead of mineral oil preparation(displacing agent) of raw materials. With fuming concentrated sulfuric acid as theactive ingredient in the sulfonating agent sulfonated waste oil, after ammonia,sulfonate surfactants with good environmental effects (displacing agent): cooking oil(bio-oil) sulfonate. The preparation method is simple and mature technology, relyingon existing oilfield surfactant production equipment devices can be realized industrialproduction. Also used hydrolysis method were also prepared sulfonate, the characteristics of its sulfonate and sulfonation method is basically the same.Waste oil (bio-oil) sulfonate surfactants (displacing agent) can show goodinterfacial activity and a certain degree of adaptability.
