A lot offinding and screening raw materials, and numerous experiments to optimize theprocess, find the surfactant (bio-oil) of this waste oil instead of mineral oil preparation(displacing agent) of raw materials. With fuming concentrated sulfuric acid as theactive ingredient in the sulfonating agent sulfonated waste oil, after ammonia,sulfonate surfactants with good environmental effects (displacing agent): cooking oil(bio-oil) sulfonate. The preparation method is simple and mature technology, relyingon existing oilfield surfactant production equipment devices can be realized industrialproduction.
