Hybrid System is a kind of complicated dynamic variation system, which exists not only continuous dynamic variables but also gone with discrete logic variables. The miscellany performance is very common in the flow manufacture process, the modeling method to this process is far from mature at present. Based on some solvent recovery technology, chemical miscellany performance has been discussed in this paper with the modeling method meanwhile. Then, the paper proposes a new controlling model method by using Hybrid Petri Net to the miscellany process.Firstly, Timed Petri Net is studied in the paper, add time delay into the Petri Net fits into the chemical product process, here the time delay is related with Place. The paper adopts Dynamic Optimizing method combined with heuristics dispatch regulation, then brings forward detailed optimizing control model to the drive process, and complied the computer simulation program, that operates the best optimizing sequence as the finial simulation, it proves the feasibility of this way. Secondly, found on thoroughly study to Hybrid Petri Net, according to the complex physical changes of the flowing process, a compound control model by using ANN-Petri sets forth the continues part of HPN uses ANN to simulate the continuous process in the paper, discrete part composes by normal Petri Net, and then sets up the ANN-Petri Net controlling model to the material evaporation process of the solvent recovery system, which analyzes the hybrid performance and the operation performance of the system through reachability etc. method, eventually got the result of satisfied simulation.The study shows the method of using HPN controlling model opens up a new field to the Hybrid System, it is available to chemical process, it has a good and wide prospect in application.
